learning.

obviously while at the fine institution of byu-idaho i have learned many things about myself.
so i thought i would share some of them.

1- i thought i hated fake glasses before i came here.
loathe entirely would be more appropriate now.
get them off your face, people.
2- i am the world's worst sharer. hands down.
if something is mine and you take it, we will have a problem.
3- left to my own resources,
i find and eat the fattiest foods known to man.
4- i love colorado a hecka lot more
than i did when i lived there.
5- the term "raised by wolves" has found a whole new meaning to me.
(flossing your teeth in the middle of class is not appropriate people.)
6- people are incredibly forward here.
carly rae jepson was talking about rexburg when she wrote her hit song.
only here, it goes a little something like
"hey, i just met you and this is completely normal please marry me."
and i am for reals appalled at how many girls accept.
7- i think i would rather be exiled to siberia
than go to the testing center.
not only is is a morbidly depressing place,
it is insanely weird to think that there are cameras in the plants.
they're watching...
8- WHY does wind exist.
i hate wind.
9- some people just really... are not bright.
example.
i have a purple plastic case on my mac.
a girl came up to me and asked me the other day
"where in the world did you get a purple mac!!!! i want oneeee!!!!!"
i worry about this girl.
10- it is insanely weird hearing about church in my classes.
"you divide x by 4 and get 79 so the church is true."
pause what.
i agree with you mr math teacher,
the church is true.
but in no way was that relevant.

i'm pretty convinced that rexburg isn't a real place.
we're all in a secret fairytale story.
(i'm still trying to figure out who i will be when the curse breaks and we all figure out who we are in the real world...)
